Seller image. See rim at "OF AMER". Damaged by the holder? Optical illusion? I still seem to see denticles below the plastic so it has me a little perplexed on where the metal came from if denticles are still there. PCGS AU58 coin. Selling asking MS64 money so I'd pass anyway, just made me curious if anyone has seen this before.

Coin is probably perfect. It looks like it's just a poorly made holder. PCGS would probable replace it for free.

I agree, looks like plastic issues with the holder.

I guess it's some weird shadow from the damaged plastic then. Seller does mention damage to the case but only at the corners. Their image of full case is too blurry to see what's going on. Thanks guys.
