Obverse looks like a DDO, but Wexler has nothing listed for that year and Variety Vista has no images for that year/mint. But keep it safe for now. I feel they are under going their attributed coins because they may have realize a working hub issue or a master die issue. When that happens it is a lot of work to sort all of this out. If you see several of the coins from different dies, then it is a common problem that year/mint. So keep track of it for now, and later things may become clear later.

Check the mint mark locations to see if they were from the same die pair. Second, check for markers to see if they match on both coins. If they are the same, they were from the same run on the dies. If they have the same doubling and not the same mint mark locations, then it might be an issue I mentioned in my last post.

I notice you are using two lights for you macro images. That will create a look of something being doubled, but really isn't as the light overlays give deceptive images. Try using one light source. That way you have light and shadows. With two lights, your removing the shadow option.

I was going to mention the lighting issue also. When possible use only one light source. I had to block off all but 1 LED on my scope and put a filter on that LED.I use the bulb at the 12k position.
