Need Any Info On A 1948 Lincoln Penny Error

It didnt have any marks or scratches before that, actually looked like a reddish color and shiny.. Report this Post to the Staff

If wiping with your shirt removed some surface debris, Following all precautions, I'd try soaking in acetone over night. Then without rubbing or scrubbing, dry with a paper towel. and set aside until I could get a closer look. Macro images and I don't get along. Proper equipment is needed. Thanks, Doug.
