This one is slabbed by IGC. I know they can be off sometimes (from you guys) but I got a great deal on it. I think if resubmitted this one might grade very high. What do y'all think?

Is the scratch through Liberty on the slab? If yes, I would say 64 RD.

As far as strike goes it's a 64RD ,but I'm not happy with a few issues that this Cent has .

I think the grade falls between 63 and 64 RD.

Take a closer look at the right wheat stalk. Your coin may have a retained cud (cuds-on-coins is now calling this a "pre-cud"), and it doesn't appear to be listed on cuds-on-coins. You may wish to submit photos to JC Stevens and see if it gets listed. Having a plate coin would certainly make the decision a bit more interesting.

Basic question: Are those obverse scratches in the left field on the holder or not?

Sorry for the late response but I figured they graded it high. Again I've been out fishing. MS67. Lol. The seller has easy returns so I'm sending it back

Well, it all depends on price. But even assuming the scratches are on the holdewr, this is no where near 67.

it is no where near a 67. ICG slabs are usually gamble so I stay away from them.
