Here we have a 2006 P Nebraska State Quarter
, from the side reeds it looks to be silver however, I understand the Nebraska P Quarter was never minted in silver. A silver quarter weighs in around .18 oz and clad being around .22 or so this one weighs in at just about .20 oz. Could this be a missing clad layer, am I missing something along the reeds, am I just going blind or is this just something that happens from time to time? The quarter looks normal other than the reeds. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
