Looks to have some rim issues and over polishing by Lincoln nose but looks to be steel and weighs in at 2.9 grams

Test it with a magnet. Unless you got it from CoinFrog, I bet it's bogus.

Plated or counterfeit coins like this can attract a magnet. Correct weight for a genuine steel cent is 2.7g.

Then it is probably a Chinese fake. Post more pics that are higher resolution. Also where did you get it? After that, you will need to let the others reply.
