It is definitely a die clash on the reverse:
The reason that doesn't match the overlay is that the obverse die that struck your coin is not the obverse die that caused the clash. That
die was striking coins off center and most likely was damaged and replaced. The reverse die was polished to remove the majority of the clash and put back into service with a new obverse die. Obviously, your coin was struck a bit later because the newer obverse die is showing wear (but no noticeable polishing lines).
