What are these icicles on the obverse rim of this 1994D Jefferson nickel? It looks like it's embedded below the date and the mint mark.

what magnitude are you using..I think I can see atoms..
Must agree with above statements DDD..and yes in future posts please show the entire coin and then the close-ups.
