Not sure if this is a real coin but it was in a roll of nickels from the bank. Reverse side is blank

@p&g, first welcome to CCF. second, I agree with the frog that one side of this coin has been removed. Do you have an accurate weight? Thx.

The only weight I could measure was 4 grams or 0.14oz

Ok yes, well the coin being underweight certainly suggests that part has been removed. It is still an interesting coin despite being purposefully damaged.
