Do you think there is an error or are you just looking for grading? I suspect that since one doesn't see "S" mint cents in circulation, that you feel this coin has some added value. The US Mint in the late 60's and early 70's released coins for circulation minted at San Francisco. Yours is just one of them and as others have pointed out, has no added value above face.
