Need help with this Lincoln Cent. It appears there is a backwards 82 on Lincoln's forhead.

Yes I agree with @1993Z too. Is there any damage on the back? Sometimes, but not always, these are sandwiched between two other coins.

Hammer and wood job. Probably done on a construction site with two coins between two boards. Possible the second coin was a dime?

Just to clarify the terms used here PMD or PSD. Both refer to damage received by the coin after it was struck by the dies. PSD (post strike damage) is specifically after striking but the coin could still be at the mint. PMD (post mint damage) has the usual connotation that the coin has left the mint, but maybe not. I just combine the two and use PMD...post mintING damage. Damage received by the coin after it was minted, no matter where it is.
