1983p quarter is what I have. Circulated of course. Everything still able to be made out.

Is there any value to this coin due to no mint sets made that year

Could be $20-50 in mid mint state range like MS 65, much more money if graded higher than that.
If average circulation to AU even, worth 25 cents.
A collector would want a pristine example, like a mint set coin would be, for their collection not anything circulated.

Probably could get $15-$20 for a roll of 40 circulated if you sold it on ebay, either P or D mintmarks.

Its certainly not pristine. Probably just something I will hang on to. Put it up for the next 20 years or so and maybe get something out of it then.
