Its a large date. Note the contact mark on the inside curl of the '9'? Hold a business card over the top edge of the date and you will see that the '7' is lower than the zero.

You can put the card on the screen and you can tell even if the coin is angled at all.

A 1970-S Small Date will have a premium, as it is significantly harder to find than the large date.

Try my business card suggestion on auctions to get the real deal. A lot of the large dates are being sold on different venues angling the coins to make them appear as a small date. (Just like you did in your image) But the business card shows what they really are.
