Keep in mind that there are different grading standards depending where in the world you are.
The US probably has the most "generous" standards.
Canada is tougher.
And so is the rest of the world.

That's why I don't give opinions on the grades of non-US coins.
Pay closer attention to the opinions of people NOT in the US.
Describe it as if there were no picture.
Picture it as if there were no description.

Very nice coin.

On the UK system I would give it VF on the obverse and GVF to AEF on the reverse, noting one or two small digs, an edge bruise at 10 o'clock on the reverse and an interesting die crack through Britanniar. As usual the wear is most noticeable on the head and hair.

As usual I agree with Paddy B's assessment, UK VF/GVF.

To me it's an EF by US standards, but I would grade it a little lower than some of the others that have already expressed an opinion. I would say it is US EF 40.

I concur on the EF40 for USA and gVF for English standards.
