The US probably has the most "generous" standards. Canada is tougher. And so is the rest of the world. That's why I don't give opinions on the grades of non-US coins. On the UK system I would give it VF on the obverse and GVF to AEF on the reverse, noting one or two small digs, an edge bruise at 10 o'clock on the reverse and an interesting die crack through Britanniar.
