thanks for the comment thad your knowledge on lincoln cents is far beyond mine I was hoping for a VF grade from you, I was thinking it was somewhere in the VF range. I purchased this from a dealer in Portland, OR when I was there thursday and friday for some training. The dealer had it graded as a F-15 and I purchased it for $51

My pleasure, I love looking at pics of Lincolns!

He had that coin priced at CDN ask for VF. I think you could have talked him down to around $40 since the Fine ask is $41. Nonetheless, that's a good price IMO.
