I misunderstood and thought you wanted us to pick out the correct variety.
So the 6th image (STATES OF, E PLURIBUS UNUM with #3319774) of the original group is an FS 801?

I've always liked ANACS because I feel they are geared more towards collectors since they attribute all varieties not just the ones with FS#'s.

They are great, but I was just trying to help you see that they can be wrong. So just make sure they are correct on something you would buy in the future. The last image on each grouping is the correct die. It is the middle image that they incorrectly slabbed. If you are looking at an auction online and you can see the the slabs certification numbers, then you can search their site to see what that coin looks like up close and then you can determine if it is the real deal or not yourself.

They are random. Happens on one coin and the next few will be normal. When they adjust the machine, the problem goes away. It would be neat to find an OBW roll to examine. But probably one of the most common MD examples to be posted is the 1957-D. A few examples already posted here:

nice coop I have all of them and some others , like poor mans 55 . some one must of been sleeping on the job.
