This is a nickel I got in a small collection I recently acquired. It has virtually no problems as far as scratches and nicks go. Thoughts? Thanks!

That should make FS. Possibly 66 or 67FS

I agree with Grape. However, it would have to be at least 67FS to be worth grading. Nice Jeff.

The scratch under the third column on the steps is not a problem?

It shouldn't be John. Though, I wouldn't get this graded at all. It doesn't make sense unless it's a 68FS, these are plentiful and cheap in 67FS.

If you are looking to get it slabbed by a TPG call them first and ask whether you have to select the Variety option to get it evaluated for FS.
Costs a bit extra but if they don't do that automatically you'll never know.

Thanks everyone. Kanga- I won't be getting this one slabbed. If I slabbed anything it would be a variety. :)

Could get it graded on the cheap at ANACS, heck it might even make the 68 level with them, then maybe try to cross it over to PCGS or NGC after that with an ANACS opinion on it, to maybe give them a subliminal impression.

Seems like his ponytail could be sharper, also maybe there's a scratch in his hair just above his forehead running almost vertically?

I think you are close, but as said unless you get 68 or better, probably not worth the fees to get it graded unless you just want to do it for you.
