I think it's heavy die deterioration. You can see the die flow lines on the obverse. Keep hunting!

Thank You for the info. For such type of doubling like mine. Is it safe to say then that its a 1955 Jefferson nickle DDO? Because even thou it had detoration, it also shows doubledie?

No. It is not a doubled hub,it is a worn die issue. Also,it seems your photos are a bit blurry or is it just me?
