As it looks like I'll be able to share my thoughts and ideas with the guys at the mint, I would like to hear from the CCF about what changes they would like to see. I will be telling them about the frustration with the "Oops" message, but what else should I say about the problems with the web page being overwhelmed?
I've got a just over a week to answer them, so post your ideas here and I'll combine them for the survey.
Did anyone else get one of these?

I would have liked no oops message, and more limited edition coins, I really liked the 30k limit on the ASE. I say they do more real limited edition coins.
Quote: I get those emails all the time, same old same old.
This wasn't an email. It was a hard copy that came in the regular mail. It was the first full survey I've been requested to do for US Mint web site sales.
If I hadn't been able to get one of the 2019-S ASE coins, the survey would have been completely different.
