I will be telling them about the frustration with the "Oops" message, but what else should I say about the problems with the web page being overwhelmed? I've got a just over a week to answer them, so post your ideas here and I'll combine them for the survey. Did anyone else get one of these? It was a hard copy that came in the regular mail. It was the first full survey I've been requested to do for US Mint web site sales.
