Sorry, it's just a quarter with red stains and a big rim dent. Keep searching, there's lots of good stuff still to be found.

That is a quarter that the people that ran the pubic washers and dryers would paint with finger nail polish so when they emptied the money out they would take the money they used back

with Keith above. I knew a guy who ram a video game venue who used red painted quarters to identify his quarters from everyone else when he emptied the machines each night.
