Hi everyone! Thanks for having me in the coin community! I just signed up today. This is my first post. I'm new at learning about coins. It started when I saw how much coins were being sold for on ebay. But after a ton of research and searching rolls of coins and spare change, its developed more inton a passion.

So to the point, in searching my penny rolls I came across this akward penny I cant make sense of. I've searched the internet but found nothing. I'm posting it here in hopes someone would know whether it's of value. One side is larger than the other, there are dings on the rim and the coin is bent. I thought at first maybe it was ran over or crushed. I could be wrong but I ruled that out because it had no heavy indications it went though something traumatic. The bend on the coin starts where the two dents are on the rim.

Sorry to say it's just damage. Looks like from tin snips or something similar. being bent is another indication of damage.
One cent is it's value. Spendable.

If it happened during the strike, the collar would have kept the outside edge of the coin true. PSD.
