Wow the dog sled must have sped up. Letter wasn't on Informed Delivery. Well final Canadian small cent is here. I'll take pictures later. But I can state my Canadian Small cents collection is done. Now do I go to large cents?

I got pictures, not great ones but pictures. I'll take better ones tomorrow, this was a quicky as I had to make dinner tonight. My last letter from Canada (for small cents that is). My final Cameo proof. And the small cents album.

I have been following this thread and would love to see this progress to large cents! You can get the PEI subset done pretty quickly

Well I thought this one was done, but while buying the proofs I put 2 low offers on slabbed coins on ebay not expecting to be accepted. My final offer was pretty low (not insulting but below the Price guides by a dollar or 2 or 3). Totally forgot about them and I get an invoice for one and then an hour later for the other. Price was good so I picked 2 proofs in MS. Have to be more careful when I place bids and offers even if low. Not that I'm unhappy, both were coins I wanted but really didn't need. I'll post pictures when they come in :)

Usually I lose on bids as my offer is like $19.78 and the coin ends up selling for $20.12, but usually I have a limit and I stick to it. Its also rare that I buy on ebay as the prices are much higher than I can get locally, but some times (especially with Small and Large Canadian cents), I couldn't find some items locally. The one time I went higher than the price guide, the coin sold for 3 times what it was worth and 2X my high bid. Happy I didn't win that one

WooHoo 2 more coins out for Delivery. This should be the end of small cents (unless I can find 1936 Dot Cent)

In a surprise (50% of the time, I get a package out for delivery and it doesn't get delivered that day), I got the 2 coins I accidentally ordered on the days the USPS said. First off is a Cameo proof from 1966. For all the sets I own, my latest goal is to get a GEM/MS copy of each coin. Since I had the Small Cents I wanted one of the small cents. This was the one I actually wanted, but wasn't expecting to get at the price I wanted.
