I know theirs some damage on this coin, but this looks very familiar to the doubling on Lincoln's Fingers on the 2009 Pennies? Thoughts...Also noted a bit of cud around the jacket possibly from a die break? Thanks!

@wbr, in terms of Frederick Douglas' fingers, I think that the extra finger is just damage continuing on from the gouge continuing on from just above the initials TRH. However, the reverse also seems to show a slight mis-aligned die.
