Too blurry? Not at all.

As for whether or not it's a doubled earlobe and or DDR, I regret to inform you this falls into the not category.

The earlobe is Die Deterioration Doubling (click the hyperlink to learn more) and the reverse shows light Machine Doubling (click the hyperlink to learn more). Nice close-ups of the reverse BTW.

Not the ear lobe but close to top left of the ear seems to have doubling
