As for whether or not it's a doubled earlobe and or DDR, I regret to inform you this falls into the not category. The earlobe is Die Deterioration Doubling (click the hyperlink to learn more) and the reverse shows light Machine Doubling (click the hyperlink to learn more). Nice close-ups of the reverse BTW.
