I thought I'd add some words for the viewers of this post. The top legend is: Made in the province of Chekiang (now Zhejiang). The characters at 9:00 and 3:00 refer to the HaNGChow mint where the coin was made. Bottom characters denote 10 cash. The emperor is Kuang-hsu, the date is 1903 to 1906 but is not shown.
