Had a stack of 10 cash coins, this was the only one I can't identify.
Is this Empire, Republic or some Province? Thanks!

your answer is on page 405 of the standard 2014 catalog of world coins, 1901 to 2000. The three shown in the center column . Check whether your coin is medal or coin alignment. Definitely a Y49, 1,2 or 3. Bill.

I thought I'd add some words for the viewers of this post.
The top legend is: Made in the province of Chekiang (now Zhejiang).
The characters at 9:00 and 3:00 refer to the HaNGChow mint where the coin was made.
Bottom characters denote 10 cash.
The emperor is Kuang-hsu, the date is 1903 to 1906 but is not shown.
