*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

My wife and I are wanting to purchase this coin.
It looks appealing with nice enough luster and detail.
If you could give us your opinion on the grade, that
would assist us in a very helpful manner.
Greatly Appreciate!

I'm in the middle, leaning slightly toward 64.

Opinions so far in a very narrow range.
The narrow range should help with being confident about the value.
MS-63.

IF there are rubs on the high points then you have an AU-58.
OR
Those scratches above IN GOD WE TRUST could keep it to AU.
BUT
MS-64 wouldn't surprise me.

The strike is close to 100% full.
Describe it as if there were no picture.

Ok , cons: We have a bad rim hit on obverse at 9:00 , softly struct sun and rays , light scratches right obverse field . On reverse I see a weak head on the Eagle and some kind of what looks like a raised mark above the S mint mark . Pros : Nice split thumb , Her entire skirt is virtually hit and scratch free , left shoe is nicely struct . MS-64 . A 65 would not surprise me .

I'll go to MS 63 because of the light scratches on obverse, but the biggest negative for me is that ring ding around 9 O'Clock (by the L in liberty). Its still in my opinion a beautiful coin that I would love to have. This is a case of beautiful eye appeal.

Take it for what it is worth, but I am troubled by the placement of the mint mark. It's rotated further "left" than any I've ever seen.

MS-63 but not sure those obverse hairlines are on the coin or the slab.

Obverse has a small nick at 9 o'clock on the rim, lite scratches in the field right side, Strong striking on both sides, looks like a small die break left side leaf to rim edge also at 9 o'clock, very strong S mint mark. Solid MS 63, I go MS64 if it has better luster! A get her grinner!

I'd be at MS-64 on it. Really sharp reverse.
