So I have a few coins I think are promising that I want to submit, but as the title suggests I just want to double check I can submit all of these on the same form (otherwise each form is $10 processing fee).

1) 2019-W Penny Unc Lincoln label
2) 2020-W Nickel Rev. Proof, First Releases, Jefferson label
3) 2020-W American Samoa Quarters, First Releases, V75 label
4) 2020-W Weir Farms Quarters, First Releases, V75 label

Specifically I'm wondering what should I do about Box 7 (see pic below), even though I'm requesting first releases for all of them except the penny? Should I specify what labels (and whether or not 1st releases) on the special instructions line for each entry? And anything else I should be aware of when submitting multiple denominations?

I don't know, others will chime in to answer your question. I would like to see the W quarters before you submit them. What grade do you think they will come back or what grade are you hoping for?

Just a note, and only my personal opinion: those additional services are for people who collect labels and not just the coin.

I'm going for MS67 or higher haha. I can post pics later.

No problem and understandable. The V75 labels are free, and the other ones I'm doing just for 1 coin each so it's not that much, and it's also to have a matching set with the ones I already have.

I think I found your "2020 W Weir Farm ATB Quarter Grade" thread.

If the V75 label is free then I don't think you would have to mark the special label line. And be aware it says the fees apply to all coins on the form so you may get charged the $12 first release fee for the 2019 W cent even though it can't receive it.

Call NGC. They will help you fill out the form and tell you exactly what to expect for fees.

Well in case anyone was wondering, I had to submit it under 2 different submissions because the submission instructions for the W quarters state they have to be on a separate form. Otherwise the pennies and nickels were on the same and I just wrote "First Release" for the nickels.

And separately I confirmed with NGC on the phone that for first/early release they only care about what day the package gets to them, not when it is in their system, and that they confirm it by looking at the tracking #.

Let us know if you get charged the $12 fee for first release on the cent that doesn't qualify for it.

I'd like to know what a "Mega Holder" is, and why they think it's worth $150!
