Have a 1961 Lincoln Memorial with possible DDR? What's the consensus guys and gals?

Thanks for reposting with better pictures! Unfortunately, it's just minor Machine Doubling. You can tell by the flatness and "shelf-like" appearance of the doubled areas. Also, the doubling has shortened the devices, while a true DDR with a spread towards the rim would elongate them.

Also note how the bottom of the 'O' is reduced in size. The strike happened, the damage happened right after the strike altering the devices. A DDR happens when the devices are double hubbed on the die. So it is a die issue, not a strike issue like the coin posted has. But even doubled dies can be altered in the same manner as the machine can alter them as well. But the issue is a machine issue, whereas a doubled die is doubling on the die.
