So a war time Nickel, P representing Philly on the reverse. Does anyone else see a D on the obverse,about where this gentleman's ear is?

It looks a little like a D near Jefferson's collar, but that's just part of the design.

Here's a Mint State example of the same area.

Give me feedback on how you don't just give up. When this consumes you, and you still can't get it right. How do you keep going? When studying money, has nothing to do with money, how do you keep yourself together?

Native...Check this one for the 1943/2 over date. Looks like I can see a notch on the bottom portion of the 3 but it's tough to tell from this image.
