Can someone please tell me if this dime could have been struck, flipped and struck again then flipped a 3rd time and struck again? The pics aren't the best and it was difficult to get pics that showed the extra strikes. If not a multi strike coin then what the heck is it!?

Heavy die wear with die clashes on both the obverse and reverse as well as MD.

It's a quite nice example of a die clash on both the obverse and reverse. A keeper, imo.

@cc3613, if you look at an overlay of the Roosevelt dimes, you should see those "extra" marks on the rev lining up with the portrait on the obv. It is a nice die clash.

Listing it on eBay when you yourself don't know exactly what you have? Yeah, that sounds about right.

@merclover I mean, they do know now... although it kind of feels like an abuse of the forum to literally list it on eBay the second we answer the question. Like, do we get a cut of the sale as expert "consultants"? Lol

Not sure how I feel about answering a question like this for someone who isn't trying to collect but profit off the knowledge.

Heavily worn dies, struck once but the dies show two faily strong sets of die clash marks.

Here's a layover of a die clash.
