We need better photos to be able to tell if it's a DDO.

Does not look like it from this image.

It's best to remove the coin from its holder before taking a pic though. The added reflection from the plastic makes it difficult to judge surfaces.

Also, better the pics, more responses you'll get .

This is what the guy who sold it to me described it as:1943-D Washington quarter DDO Doubled Die Obverse. FS-25-1943D-101 AU+
