Does not look like it from this image. It's best to remove the coin from its holder before taking a pic though. The added reflection from the plastic makes it difficult to judge surfaces. Also, better the pics, more responses you'll get .

Huge difference on this one between MS and AU. If you are sure it is going to grade MS-63 or better, I'd send it in. If it could go AU, not so much, and seller said AU. The difference is something like $50 for a graded AU coin, which is not worth it as it'll cost you $50 to grade it, and $200 if it grades MS-63 (minus of course the cost you paid for it plus grading), which might be worth it. This one is for you to guess the grade and if you send it in hope for the best, but if seller called it AU, I'd be reluctant to send it in and hope for MS grade.
