1949 1 Cent, Lamination Errors

I was looking through some more 1949 circulated rolls I got and I came across this.

When I press down on it with a toothpick it goes down and then depresses when I lift up.

On the obverse side in the exact same place the bubble is, if you look on the top of the kings hair to under the "G" looks like something is going on as well but not too sure.

Curious to know everyones thoughts






Edit, originally referred to it as a plating bubble realizing afterword it wasn't.

I know,you know,this is not a plated cent, so what I'm seeing/believe what's happening is.......

Obverse: lamination peal pre-strike
Reverse: lamination error with a chemical reaction happening under copper layer of lam. area causing the lifting. Looks like the lam begin at the top of the maple leaf running NW towards rim...

Yes, those are lamination errors.

Greasy Fingers, you are correct, it was late and I forgot what to actually call it so I went with plating bubble, I will edit the post so it makes more sense.
