I don't see it either. If you look at the photo in the Franklin half section of the 2021 Red Book, you should see pretty strong doubling on "E Pluribus Unum", and that is not present here.

The doubling is just more Machine Doubling. This has a shelf-like appearance . Also, it's very reflective also .
