to CCF. Not an error,it is called circulation damage.

Just like you expect to see damage on a car in a junkyard, the same things happen to coins in circulation. Damage to a coin is not a mint error.

I assume the question involves the rim issue. Might be advantageous to post photos of the full coin--obverse and reverse. Helps establish context.
