Sorry not seeing any cameo.
Cameo is when the fields appear black and the devices appear white.

Not a heavy cameo, or any kind of cameo, that I can see from this pic.

I thought it was sort of a mirror field with a well defined bust.

Pictures of cameo can be deceiving, your photo does not show it, but lighting angle can make the world of difference. Handi1 uploaded a nice example.
