Found this one while roll hunting and wanted opinions on what everyone thought is it a doubled die or not thanks for looking

Those are incuse devices on that area. So the rules are just opposite the raised devices. This is Machine Doubling. The DDR's on the States quarters and the ATB Quarters are on the center of the designs on both sides of the coins. (single squeeze dies)

Machine Doubling on incuse devices is all I'm seeing on your coin.

From what I have been told, because I am no expert, but a dd for the newer years won't be on the outer details and especially not the independent letting I would have to be raised. Try wexler's doubleddie.com I learned a lot from it.
