This is a 2018 P dime. There are torch errors, leaf errors and double die on the front. I was very curious if anyone has seen this torch error.

Die cracks and small chips. Probably the die wasn't tempered correctly. If not done correctly, then the die can be brittle or not tempered correctly, leaving the dies soft. So do I have an example of a die that was too soft, not tempered enough? in 1973 the reverses on the Memorial cents had just such an issue:
