My latest addition to my Gulden type set, a 1792 Generaliteits Gulden:

My type set is nearing completion. Willem I through III are left. And perhaps a Lodewijk Napoleon (will be VERY expensive) and a proof nickel Juliana gulden (1968-1980, as I already have a silver Juliana gulden). The latter type is the only business strike gulden that exists in both silver and nickel versions.

Nice. It's interesting that the Napoleonic coins come at such a premium. The most detested rulers are often the scarcest. I'm always looking for French Charles X branch mint coins.

Another Gulden, this one from 1848, arrived by mail today! It is not as nice as the 1864. This one seems to have been cleaned. Therefore: AU Details.
