How many are out there, given /a/ nobody was looking and /b/ the mint knew about them but kept quiet... that suggests the setup error was identified, but after a day's production was mixed in with the other presses output.
The Philly mint can reportedly produce 1.8M coins/hour using all of their presses. So that's what 50-60 thousand per hour? 450,000 per day from a single press...
