I have this 1895 S Morgan dollar I obtained with a few others from an auction and they all had similar toning. I was told they were in some kind of album for many many years. I'm debating on submitting it to NGC it has Proof Like surfaces and fairly nice details.
Definitely would be a good candidate for submission. Looks genuine and high AU to me. The untoned area on the obverse is the size of a Half Dime that may have been sitting on it for decades. Very unique toning that is probably natural.
tough to grade with these photos but their is some sign of circulation from what I can see. AU55. the eye appeal on this one will affect both grade and value imo as it is part of the grading criteria and the eye appeal on this one is less than average. even if NGC hits it hard it would be worth it especially if they grade it straight.
I think it is a technical AU-58 but would grade AU-53 maybe 55 on a good day but definitely worth the cost to submit , Especially if you have more coins to send to help with the shipping.
