Cool error. They call it "Reverse Overprint"
The condition is unfortunate. It should still be worth a premium. I'd estimate $250-$300

I did a little researching and found this one that sold for $600 in 2019: https://currency.ha.com/itm/error-n...3572-22723.s

The condition is much nicer on this one, however I'm not sure how much the paper money error market has changed since then.

Assuming little to no change I think it could fetch a bit less, maybe up to $450 after being graded. Cool error!

Welcome to CCF.
Cool error. As-is, I believe it's a $300-$400 note. If it was authenticated (graded), it might boost a buyer's confidence and bring more.

Wow, didn't notice you were from the Ukraine when I first read this thread.

How did you come by this remarkable U.S. note?

Very cool error. Shame it took so much circulation to be discovered. Perhaps circulating outside the US in an economy where this is a lot of money lead to that, but then in my experience people outside the US are far more picky about condition of US bills and would be likely to reject the bill as possibly counterfeit. Cool find - love to know what you sell it for.
