1914 Blue Seal FRN's Question On My FRN's?

Ive read a couple explanations for this, but both seemed a bit convoluted, and not self explanatory by any means. Hopefully someone here has a decent, easy, explanation of my question. As seen below, the FR882 1914 $5.00 Has the Fed Reserve stamp, and the nice blue seal, out wide which looks natural. The FR#859c has both those items moved in toward each other, substantially. So we all know the difference between obverse tya tyb and TYPE-C I'm hoping that someone can assist me as to WHY they were moved in?! Thanks in advance. Jon L.

I believe it was a minor change to get all of the design elements to fit better on the note after repositioning the two district designators. Just my guess...

Agree it was almost certainly done for aesthetic reasons.

From a "view" aspect, I really think the note faces up much better with the WIDER seal and stamp.
