Are The 2009 Silver Eagles Out Yet?

I looked up the sirial number in the photo on the NGC site and NGC lists that serial number an a 2008 ms-70 coin? Quite some time before the Mint officially releases them and this is done with all sorts of coin denominations too. Just don't pay "extra money" for the phrase "early release" !..........They're not worth more than the one I'll get when the Mint has them available for sale. (unless of course it's a DCam....and you can get "DCams" throughout the year when they replace dies and planchets since they're only good to mint so many coins before needing replaced.) The U.S. Mint doesn't "early release" coins to anybody. They're available when they're officially released to the public and that's it.
