Not High Grade, actually low grade. I have it at G-4 because I can't see at least 3 letters of "Liberty" on the headband.

Good-4 detail, probably cleaned. This is a common coin, heavily worn, with low eye appeal. You can find similar examples at coin shows in the $1 bargain bins.
