coin is bronze/copper weight 1.9 grams 11mm diameter

@nelson, that looks a bit like a bird in your first pic. I wonder if this is a civic copper falus, but I really don't know.

Possibly a figure on horseback, right. Maybe with a whip over shoulder. Rotate 90 degrees clockwise. Indo-Scythian?
